We try to keep the information on our website accurate, but homes for sale, prices and availability can change at any time. A quote is not final until we agree on the job with you directly.
SMS Terms
- Program: Sanchez Mobile Home Services Text Alerts. We send job-related text messages to our customers and crew, such as a reminder the evening before a scheduled job and updates about the job.
- How to join: sign up on our Text Alerts page and check the consent box, or tell us you agree when you book a job or are hired.
- Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one text confirming you've opted out, and then no more texts. To sign up again, reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, or call or text 469-338-2605, or email sanchezmobilehomes@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
